Dear couple in room 209,
Please stop fucking so loudly. You’re making being alone and 1000s of miles away from my girlfriend very difficult. You’re also making this recovery a lot harder than it should be. Sincerly, room 109

Masculine, Feminine, or Human?
posted on SleptOn.com, June 2, 2008. by Robert Jensen In a guest lecture about masculinity to a college class, I ask the students to generate two lists that might help clarify the concept. For the first, I tell them to imagine themselves as parents whose 12-year-old son asks, “Mommy/daddy, what does is mean to be a man?” The list I write on the board as they respond is not hard to predict:...

something that you miss First month of sophomore year of high school. I had a boyfriend I was totally infatuated with, I had started to dance again, I had never done more than kiss a boy, I still had my innocence, and I was happy.

a problem that you have had. seriously, there are too many to list. Last year I suffered from depression so badly that I only barely functioned. I got out of bed to go to class, and went back to bed as soon as class was over. I practically stopped eating. My mother didn’t want to take me to a doctor, but I insisted. I’m doing much better.
